How to Cook Stir-fried Rice Noodles in Soy Sauce with Pork
STEP 1: Marinate the Pork and Slice the Chinese Kale
Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces. Marinate it with a small amount of baking powder, white pepper, and a little Singhbin light soy sauce. Set it aside.
Slice the Chinese kale into sections.
TIP: Do not use too much baking powder as it can create a strange taste.

STEP 2: Stir-fry the Rice Noodles
Heat a wok until hot. Add a small amount of vegetable oil, then add the chopped garlic and stir-fry until it turns golden brown and aromatic. Then, increase the heat and add the marinated pork. Stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked.
Season with Singhbin sweet dark soy sauce, Singhbin oyster sauce, and Singhbin light soy sauce. Stir-fry to combine the ingredients. Then, add the large rice noodles and stir-fry.
Move all the ingredients to one side of the wok and crack an egg into the empty space. Use a spatula to gently scramble the egg until it's partially cooked. Once you see the egg starting to set, lift the noodles over the egg and stir-fry until everything is evenly cooked.
TIP: Stir-fry the noodles briefly to add a smoky flavour and ensure the pork is evenly coated.

Transfer to a serving plate. You can serve it alongside portions of lime, chilli flakes, fish sauce, and sugar to adjust the taste according to your preference. That's it! You now have a delicious Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Pork to enjoy.
