We are the manufacturer of soy sauce or soya sauce, and food seasonings, dedicated to upholding ancient Chinese production methods celebrated for their unique taste, aroma, and colour that cannot be replicated by modern machinery. This is because it requires a blend of science and art, a tradition handed down from Chinese ancestors with a history spanning over 100 years, which has since evolved into an industrial production facility.

In the year 2526 B.E. (1983), in Damnuensaduak District, Ratchaburi Province, under the product brand SINGHBIn, our legacy has endured through three generations of business operation. Our products are widely recognized among Thai people of Chinese descent who appreciate traditional-style soy sauce (following an ancient Chinese recipe). It is often referred to as 'Soy Sauce Damnuen' or 'Soy Sauce Buang Chiang,' which is the former name of Damnuensaduak District. We take great pride in producing products with historical significance and cultural heritage that narrate the story of our ancestors. Hence, we are dedicated to maintaining the quality and unique production methods.

We prioritize both quality and consumer safety by carefully selecting top-quality ingredients, including non-GMO soybeans, pure sea salt, Thai rice flour, and natural fermentation in clay pots for an extended period. We avoid the use of chemicals to expedite production, ensuring safety and the absence of carcinogenic substances like 3-MCPD, 1,3-DCP, and melamine. Wheat or wheat flour is not employed in our production process, allowing us to create gluten-free soy sauce, free from glutamine allergens, and to use caramel (red sugar caramelized over a fire) for flavouring. In addition to using high-quality ingredients, we maintain rigorous cleanliness and hygiene standards.

We have achieved international certifications for export standards in food safety systems, including ISO22000, HACCP, GHPs, GMP, Halal, and Kosher. You can have full confidence in the quality of our products. All of this is a testament to our commitment to providing everyone with quality, safe, and healthy products at fair prices. Before 1922 :

Chinese immigrants arrived in Thailand, bringing the ancient art of soy sauce production with them.

Year 1925 :
The founders laid down roots and started their families in Damnuensaduak District, Ratchaburi Province.
Years 1925-1983 :
They pursued the profession of soy sauce production within their households and distributed their products within the local community.
Year 1983 :
The second-generation leaders established the SINGHBIn Brand soy sauce business and factory.
Years 1984-2009 :
They expanded their market reach and gained widespread recognition for the product brand.
Year 2010 :
The third-generation leaders joined the business, enhancing and expanding operations to support exports.
Year 2011 :
Implemented GMP-HACCP standards and extended their presence in international markets.
Year 2013 :
Adopted ISO22000 and Kosher standards for exporting to the Middle East.
Year 2015 :
Expanded the market and introduced the OMAKA Brand.
Year 2017 :
Attained Halal certification for export to Europe and ASEAN.
Year 2019 :
Received the PM Award for Outstanding Export from the Prime Minister.
Year 2022 :
Continuously developed new products for the market.
