Gluten-Free Soybean Paste Group

Soybean Paste, Kwangtung-style, is made from high-quality Thai soybeans, free from GMOs and rice flour. It is fermented with sea salt, without the use of wheat flour or wheat, ensuring it is entirely gluten-free. It is naturally fermented in clay pots, resulting in its natural dark brown colour, free from artificial colouring. The aromatic flavour of this traditional Chinese recipe soybean paste is rich and intense. It is suitable for stir-frying vegetables, stir-frying fish with soybean paste, drizzling over noodles, making chicken rice porridge dipping sauce, and various boiled or dipping dishes.
